General
Self storage is a service that allows individuals or businesses to store your personal or business belongings in a secure and accessible unit.
You can store most items, however UK Self Storage facilities operate under British law and as such it is illegal to store objects such as firearms, illegal substances (drugs, explosives), dangerous weapons or anything else that is illegal or that could be harmful to public health.
If you move in without any discount offers then minimum storage is 1 month. After that 14 days notice is all that is required to leave.

Access
Our core opening hours are 9am to 5pm, but we do offer extended hours between 5am-11pm, reach out to us for further details.
Yes, we are open on all Bank Holidays throughout the year.
Book a unit using the ‘Book Now’ button in the top right hand side of the page. From here, follow the instructions and select a unit and duration time.
Once you have booked online and had your ID verified and approved digitally, you move in on the same day. You won’t need to come to the store first, just book on line down load the access app then make your way to the store. Drive up, Tap in, Drop off.
Payment
We accept payments made through our booking platform, which is accessible via the website. You can use your credit or debit card to make your payment, but we do not accept cash for payments.
There is no deposit needed to reserve or book a unit with us.
We would advise that you only spend what is within you financial budget, always seek advice on size of unit and what you intend to store to gauge costs.
We charge per calendar month from the date you move in.
Services
There is a drop off bay onsite for offloading.
There will be no individual power supplies to units. We will be rolling out guest Wi-Fi which will be available mostly near the entrance and loading bay area.
We may offer from time to time a new customer move in discount, keep an eye on our website and emails for more details.
Security
Yes, we have 24/7 monitored CCTV on site to keep your belongings safe and secure.
Your goods are not automatically insured, but we do require that they are adequately protected. We accept some policies that you have acquired yourself, providing they are substantial and meet our pre-approved standards. We also offer customers a dedicated Storeprotect product that is industry standard and allows you to set your cover for your belongings.
At Cactus our stores offer 24 hour digital security, the building is alarmed and monitored for both security and fire. Your unit is individually alarmed with a detector to sense movement within it and secured by an electronic smart lock, access to the facility is via an App that gives only you access to your unit. 24hr CCTV is monitored by our external security company.
